The Jaded One is a Lawful Good deity associated with water, healing, and fertility in Godshand’s pantheon. Their worship presents different faces through the year, following a seasonal cycle.

Symbol and observance

Their symbol is a face with one hand covering half of it. The pantheon notes record the instruction, “You may not show being jaded to tourists.” Together with the changing faces, this places their worship within the town’s overlap of religion, seasonal life, and tourism.

Religious rivalry and opportunities for healing are central to the Hand Debate. The notes connect the Jaded One’s worship to this setting without detailing a separate clergy, calendar of observances, or ownership of the summit temple.

The inverted altar symbol

An altar at the McReady farm bears the Jaded One’s symbol upside down during The Great Popcorn Disappearance. Crimp notices the inversion while the party uncovers an illusion and the farm’s corruption.

The inverted symbol is an observed clue. It does not establish that the Jaded One caused or approved the corruption or summoning ritual.
