Tibin Quickstep is a clothes merchant in Godshand and a witness in CSI Godshand. He discovers Aldrich dead in the bedroom of Aldrich’s inn, beside the brewery, after arriving early to discuss business.
Business and gambling
Tibin gambles with Aldrich and Jessa, a blacksmith. Aldrich’s repeated losses are recorded alongside his growing financial difficulties. Tibin tells the investigators that Aldrich’s business was going well, contradicting the evidence of the inn’s downturn.
The riverbank meeting
The investigators find a note asking Aldrich to meet someone at the riverbank at dusk. Tibin uses thieves’ cant when discussing transport, appears nervous, and wants the guards out of his clothes shop. The investigation points to Tibin as the intended contact for Aldrich’s apparent attempt to leave town.
His involvement in the transport arrangement does not establish that he killed Aldrich. His precise relationship with the thieves’ guild remains uncertain.
