A thieves’ guild operates in Godshand. The campaign’s clearest connection to it is Heron, a roaming vagabond and apparent town drunk who receives a surprising amount of respect.

Heron’s position

Heron is important to the guild and may be its leader. The notes leave his exact role unresolved. His outward appearance conceals the influence suggested by how others treat him.

The Aldrich investigation

Aldrich owes money to Heron. During CSI Godshand, the investigators also learn that Tibin Quickstep uses thieves’ cant when discussing transport and appears to have been arranging a riverbank meeting with Aldrich.

These clues connect debt and clandestine transport to the investigation, but do not establish Tibin’s membership or prove that the guild ordered Aldrich’s death.

Unresolved organisation

The guild’s name, headquarters, membership, territory, and wider operations are not documented. The record supports its presence and Heron’s influence, without defining a larger criminal network.
