Church in the West: The Church of the Flame
The doctrine of this Church is that the greater impact you leave on the plane of flesh, especially by helping the church, other people and building up your community, the more likely you are to climb the ladder when you die. This has helped the entrepreunerial aspect of life in places where this Church has influence.
The church is composed only of women. Women who come to be Queens become apprentices to the temples of the church of the Flame for several years before ascending the throne (exception for the current queen, Nasreen Ilneb). Matriarchs of each noble families visit the temple once a year. Matriarchs are gifted with extended lifetimes.
