A student at Kaern’Dal (think mage college), while researching Inevar (human ancestor predating even Xavian), has discovered in old tomes the possible existence of a weapon of starmetal used by a knight in Inevar’s service, known as the Stygian Knight, which could be used to even the fight against Magnar.
