The apothecary in Godshand operates as a cooperative. Marla Greenleaf, a human apothecary, sells medicines there and becomes involved in the investigation into Aldrich’s death.
Medicines and supplies
(K)Night’s Mercy is a controlled sedative: small doses sedate, while larger doses are dangerous. Purchases are limited to two doses per transaction. Travelling merchants each buy two doses from Marla on different days during the investigation.
A box of herbs delivered from Greenleaf supplies is found at Aldrich’s inn. The notes do not establish whether Greenleaf supplies is the cooperative itself or a separate supplier.
Marla’s detention
When confronted about Aldrich, her recipes, and the sedative, Marla attacks with druidic magic as blights rise from the herbs. Gill knocks her unconscious, and the guards take her and her notes to the station.
Only one assistant is recorded as knowing about her detention apart from the guards. The cooperative’s remaining members, internal rules, and arrangements after her arrest are not documented.
