Episode 1: Escape from Granalin
Kissa escapes from the circus after meeting Orso. He gave her the impression that he was after the necklace she inherited from her grandmother.
The group meets in Granalin with Noita interested in the possible connection between that necklace and her now dead master and Anoin searching for answers to the reading he received from Kissa. A group of mercenaries enter the inn where the party is staying and seek to enter their room.
The group escapes into the town and attract the attention of a roaming group of undead skeletons. They have been recently armored and given weapons as they enter houses and cut through any living being. The group escapes, taking Peter (mercenary) with them.
The party have a new reading about their immediate situation and future as they head to the monastery of Pelfort. The objectives they set for themselves are clear: warn the people about the undead army, get stronger and find information about the necklace before heading to Grimbergen…also, convert Peter?
The group gets to the monastery and Father Anthony welcomes them: “Anoin, tell me what brings that look of worry to your face?”
Episode 2: Peril in the well
The party finds some information about an ancient order called the Delian Order who were bound to protect the world and followed a religion with many similarities to those in place in the world.
They also learn that there are 3 artifacts of legend (illusion, divination and necromancy). Most knowledge of these artifacts seem to have vanished from the world.
800 years ago a momentous event changed the Council of the Great Wizards and caused Ueli to flee Grimbergen.
The group decides that it is time to make some money to buy equipment to better prepare their trip to Grimbergen. They decide to help out the town by investigating the change in taste of the water coming from the well. In doing so, they are faced with rust monster that miss destroying the party’s metallic equipment. The dangerous foes are vanquished, but what is worrying is that they would not have come this high up without something chain them.
The party ventures deeper and now have to face a gelatinous cube! They vanquish it by the skin of their teeth. An unconscious Anoin hears a voice telling him that it is not yet time for him to fall.
The party heads back to the safety of the surface and enjoy the reward of their hard labor.
Episode 3: Flames of change and chaos
Tipped by the mayor, the party investigate the nearby mountains for goblin infestation. They ambush a patrol and get a prisoner to guide them towards the place the goblins have holed themselves into.
The group finds a tomb dedicated to this Delian Order…there is an ogre in front of the entrance. A quick thinking and powerful suggestion spell of Noita enables the group to overcome this obstacle while they head into the tomb. A fight rapidly ensues with the bugbears and goblins within. After a few foes are eliminated, the party manages to scare off the remaining goblins and can rest before continuing and investigating this tomb.
They find traps and a riddle that demands they speak the Delian oath if they are to have access to the secret lore of this order. As they step into the tomb of sextus various, they are tested once more by 4 ghosts. Once the battle is over, the party talks to the Ghost of Sextus Various about the undead, the three artifacts and the task undertaken by the order. They are to find the three artifacts and make them once more forgotten from the world before someone with nefarious intent uses them for their own needs. Kissa is in possession of the Divine Eye The group picks up some sweet loot and head back towards Pelfort.
On their way back, they are surprised by a thunderstorm. It seems unnatural, Noita’s familiar informs them that the army of undead have arrived and that the two scouts sent by anthony precede the horde by an hour at most. The party heads towards the town, helping the villagers escape as fast as they can. A group of templar knights of the Spiral Church are buying as much time as they can at a choke point.
The group sets the town on fire to slow the advance of the undead army. A portion of the wall of flames is blown away as a powerful lich enters into view: A jagged crown atop its head with spiralling red orbs about, holding a withered charred forearm and hand, red robbed with a golden embroidered scarf and flaming beads of green in its eye sockets. Noita is dumbstruck. Her master might have done the unthinkable and attained lichdom. A brief exchange is had and she believes he was coerced into this situation as the group flees.
In the mountains, taking a break from this terrible ordeal, the group collects itself and formulates their next step: Find Arwana and get the last unicorn to guide them to another plane to obtain answers about the three artifacts. Kissa makes a reading about the past, present and future of Noita and Anoin. Kissa feels her understanding and control of fate increase:
The World (reversed), past: your success was not preordained , you lack confidence, too concerned about the price to pay rather than the goal itself
Queen of cups (reversed), present: emotional immaturity, overly sensitive and immature. Warning not to become bitter and vengeful. Don’t give way to spitefulness and jealousy
The wizard, future: new cycle/objective. Focus and don’t get distracted, importance of endeavours and objectives. Might meet a lot of interesting people.
Episode 4: Mountains and rivers
The group traverses the mountains dogged by a group of crag cats (too bad you didn’t get to fight them for real) and manages to keep them at a distance or hide from them. Troubles are not over though, now it’s time to ride down the river. After a bumpy ride, the group befriends a friendly cave bear before heading for Arwana’s village. Once in Arwana’s village, the group notices that the villagers are afraid of outsiders. There is talk of a witch. In Arwana’s place, she explains that there is a witch who entered the woods and started to corrupt the land. She has eyes and ears in town, a relay for that divination spell, the local druid Nina is missing (known to Anoin) as well as the unicorn.

Episode 5: Witches and deals
After a night’s rest, the party gathers materials and heads for the forest to get their friend Nina as well as. They find a strange hut with a painting of two young beautiful women doing some strange things. The group is confronted by one of the witches who propose them to strike a deal. “No way, amigo!” says the party as they attack her. She vanishes and lets her minions try to destroy the party. After a timely call to the light by a guardian angel of Anoin, the tide of battle shifts and the party is able to barely destroy their enemies. Wounded and isolated in enemy territory, the party must make now make a difficult choice.
Episode 6: The Library
To make a deal or not? This is where the party is at. Seeing that they may gain more from this, the party finally decides to call out the witches and propose a deal to them. They will retrieve a mirror from the “Library”. It is a repository of all knowledge of the universe. They must also temporarily pay for with one of Noita’s eyes and a lock of hair from Anoin. As Noita attempts to bravely cast a spell on a witch, she is cursed to lose all her hair. The party gets Nina back from the witches and head into a portal towards the Library.
On this desert-like new plane the party arrives at, the unmoving sun beats against their skin and fur as they make their way towards a gigantic tower. This must be the library. They decide to climb the tower in order to find a way in. Inside, they are met with the Librarian: a gigantic owl that speaks to them of times past, an unwelcome guest and his distaste for simple minded mortals. He is ready to offer them a chance to get answers to their questions. They are not free to get though. They must first solve a series of riddles and pass trials.
Questions that the party wants answered:
- What is the history of the Delian Order
- What is the history of Ueli and how to stop him?
- How do we activate the Divine Eye?
- What is this place? (how does time work here)
- Who is Orso?
- How do we kill the witches?
- Who is Kissa’s father? What’s the story of Kissa’s family?
- What is the story of Anoin’s family?
Episode 7: Lessons well learned
The party gets answers about the witches, their plans and how to defeat them, they decide to tell the Librarian about the plan to steal his mirror. He accepts to help the group in exchange for a favor. He will send them back to the Mundane world, but they must retrieve an important book that was destroyed.
The party also learns more about themselves by answering or not questions about themselves and about the Delian Order and the Trinity of Divine artifacts.
Episode 8 : The best witches are dead witches
It is now time to try and ambush the witches. The party calls Annabella and spring their attacks on her. After a gruesome battle during which Kissa nearly dies, Anoin manages to slay the witch for good. They must now rush towards her sister before anything bad happens to the people in Arwana’s village.
The party is teleported close to the painting and cross the painting into the lair of the witches. They discover clones of themselves and of Nina. More ghouls and animated broomsticks are fought before a terrible fight erupts in the center of the lair. The group now must fight the three-headed witch and clones of Anoin and Noita. Noita and Anoin go down after striking down the witch and the clone of Anoin. Kissa is left to fight the cunning and twisted version of Noita to the death. Barely surviving that fight, the party loots the lair, frees the unicorn and learn new things about the world, the cape and their next step.
The witches failed to duplicate the sparks of divine of Anoin, Nina and Unicorn.
Barath, an old friend of Anoin, self proclaimed himself as god king of the desert. He grew up in the orphanage of Anoin before leaving after hearing voices. He used to be a peculiar warlord during the Crusades.
