Marriage is commonly monogamous amongst commonfolk although some places give more leeway as to private life and pleasures as opposed to the notarial side of inheritance and filliation issues. Noblefolk living long lifespans usually marry with other noblefolk equally blessed so as to avoid cycling through partners. The business of procreation is usually handled through arranged meetings or through a fancy. Marriages for love amongst the nobility are not unheard of and there were many baronesses and noblewomen who did not remarry after the death of their husband.
The people are very attached to their beliefs and abide by the rulings of the Church. Worship of individual Celestials or Saints is common as they are closer to certain aspects of one’s life, however, no one would question the veracity and factuality of the Church’s word on the history and myth of the world.
